12. Press the Binder 120 Power Switch to the On ( I ) position.
13. Release the Retainer from its storage position on the host
machine Output Tray.

14. Connect the Damper Arm on the host machine Output Tray to
the Retainer.
•
NOTE: Connecting the Damper Arm to the Retainer allows the
copy sets to enter the Binder 120 without interference from the
Damper Arm.

PREPARING THE BINDER 120 FOR ON-LINE AND OFF-LINE OPERATION
Carefully disconnect the attachment strips that hold the
Retainer away from the Output Tray.
Align the top edge of the Damper Arm attachment strip with
the top edge of the Retainer attachment strip and squeeze
to attach.
