PROBLEM SOLVING
Resetting the Ground Fault Interrupter

Occasionally, as during an electrical storm, the Binder 120 may
experience a loss of power. When that happens, the Binder 120 will
not be operable. No messages will display on the Control Panel and
no lights will be lit. To restore the Binder 120 to operating
conditions, you must reset the Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI).
WARNING: Do not use the Binder 120 or perform any additional
testing, if the following procedure fails. Call for service. See the
"Calling for service" section of this chapter for further information.
NOTE: When testing the GFI, the Binder 120 Power Cord must be
connected to both the Binder 120 and the electrical wall outlet.
To reset the GFI, do the following:
1.
Press the red Test button.
2.
Press the black Reset button.

The indicator located above the black Reset button should
go off.

The Binder 120 should be ready to use after warming up.
