The procedure described below should be performed if some LEDs do
not light up during an LED test (see Chapter 7, section
(7-2)).
Follow the steps below in the case of an LED test failure:

replace the respective circuit packs.
make sure that the User Panel control
cable is installed correctly. If that is
the case and the LEDs don't light up
