Remedy
The EEPROM is defective
The storage faults no. 3 to 19 (excluded fault no.
12) can be redressed as follows:
• Select the faulty system parameter in
system config.
• Press ENTER key; the corresponding
entry then blinks.
• Change the value with the arrow keys.
• Store the value by pressing the ENTER
key again.
• Recycle power in order to check the new
value.
Create a new program and store it. Recycle power.
If error code appears again, change EEPROM.
The numbers of the deleted programs cannot be
indicated. Check all programs. Recycle power.
If error code appears again, change EEPROM.
Repeat zero adjust.
Remedy
Perform new zero adjust.
Perhaps there was material in front of the sensor.
Remedy
Check sheet for correct thickness.
Repeat teach-in.
If fault appears again, the sensor might be
defective.
