You can select whether to always add a device signature to sent PDF/XPS files.
● If you set <Restrict File Formats> to <On>, files other than PDF/XPS files cannot be sent.

You can limit the destination that can be specified when sending e-mail to the e-mail address of the user that is
logged in. This setting enables you to prevent information leaks due to transmission to a wrong destination.
