Error handling

Block error
Errors occurring in the block are signaled via an integrated "ALARM_8P" block and displayed
at the digital outputs of the block. They can be analyzed by the requesting block on the basis
of the output structure. The error bits are available at the block as output signals. In this case,
the "NEW_DATA" output is not set.
