The parameter attributes are assigned the column name "PARAM_" with the
"FCT_BLOCK_IO_NAME" of the FB_PARAMATTRIB_XXX table.
Note
Forming the parameter column name (a maximum of 20 characters) from "PARAM_" and
"<ioname>" limits the actual useful length of the IO name to 14 characters.
