The archive values are assigned the column name "VALUE_" with the
"FCT_BLOCK_IO_NAME" of the FB_ARCHVALUE_XXX table.
Note
Forming the actual value column name (a maximum of 20 characters) from "VALUE_" and
"<ioname>" limits the actual useful length of the IO name to 14 characters.
