DATE, TIME and DATE AND TIME format
Two additional values are available for the formats DATE, TIME and DATE AND TIME:

For formats 60-63, the APF Engineering Tool always creates all four releases. If material class
releases for storage locations are archived, all 128 material class releases are automatically
created (4 cells, each 32-bit).
