Functions

Overview
The block can be used to connect the inputs or the outputs of the FB_XXXPA block and has
the following functionality:
● Combines individual inputs in the UDT_PA_REQ input structure of the FB_XXXPA block.
This structure is used to transfer data and trigger reading of the parameter set data to
FB_XXXPA.
● The UDT_PA_CON output structure of FB_XXXPA is output as individual outputs. This
structure is used for feedback for the parameter set data request from FB_XXXPA
"Normal mode"
Together with a parameter set block in "Normal mode", the FB_PA_ST block can be used to
read parameter sets from a parameter set archive corresponding to the parameter set block.
The following links must be configured for this purpose:
● PA_ST.QPA_REQ -> XXXPA.PA
● XXXPA.QPA -> PA_ST.PA_CON
The inputs of the FB_PA_ST have the following functions here:
● REC_ID: The parameter set number to be read
● ACTIVEID: Not used
● REQ: Request bit to which the parameter set block responds upon a positive edge
● RESET: Reset of the parameter set outputs
● UNIT: Unit of the setpoint used for recalculating certain parameter set values
● ARCH_NA: Archive name (without "_001" ending) corresponding to the parameter set block
(default: FB_PARAM)
● ARCH_NO: Archive number that belongs to the parameter set block (e.g.: 1 for ending
"_001")
● BA_NA: Batch name
● BA_ID: Batch number
● SETPOINT: Setpoint displayed in the faceplate which is used for normalization /
recalculation of certain values.
● PA_CON: Feedback information of the parameter set block output at the FB_PA_ST outputs
