Move OPENER GAUGE PN 9193386 to the CASSETTE STOP. Check that OPENER
is located on the OPENER GAUGE. See the drawing on the previous page.

If length is not correct remove OPENER TOOL PN 9193396. Remove CIRCLIP and
WASHER from CASSETTE OPENER BRACKET. Remove CIRCLIP from SHAFT with
ROLLERS. Remove SHAFT with ROLLERS. Remove CASSETTE OPENER.

Loosen NUT. Turn SHAFT to adjust for correct length.

Reinstall CASSETTE OPENER without using CIRCLIPS and WASHERS.

Check again length of CASSETTE OPENER as described in step 1 and 2. Repeat
adjustment until length of CASSETTE OPENER is correct.

Reinstall WASHER and CIRCLIPS to the CASSETTE OPENER.
Note
Check that the TIP of the CASSETTE OPENER SHOVEL stays parallel to the CASSETTE
TRANSPORT BELT.

Fasten NUT on CASSETTE OPENER.
