Safe actual speed (r9714)

SSM (n below limit) r9722.15

3. Operate the drive above the speed limit set in p9346/p9546 plus the hysteresis set in
p9347/p9547
4. Operate the drive below the speed limit set in p9346/p9546 minus the hysteresis set in
p9347/p9547
5. Save / print the Trace (refer to the example below)
