SADDLE-STITCH STAPLER REPLACEMENT

1.9 SADDLE-STITCH STAPLER REPLACEMENT

1. Remove the cover [A] (! x1).
2. Remove the staple unit motor mount
[B] (! x4, $ x2).
3. Remove the old booklet stapler
motors (! x3 each $ x1 each).
4. Attach the left booklet stapler motor
[C] and right stapler motor [D] (! x3
each).
NOTE: Do not tighten the screws.
5. Remove the old booklet staplers
(! x4 each, $ x1 each).
6. Attach the booklet stapler [E] and
the stapler [F] (! x4 each, $ x1
each) and tighten the screws.
