Locking:
Aim transm itter eye (2) at a
receiver (3) and press transm it
button (1). D istance to receiver
m ax. 20 ft (6 m).
The red indicator lam p on the
receiver should blink. It stops
blinking after approxim ately
3 seconds w hen the vehicle is
properly locked.

Notes:
If a door or the trunk is not prop­
erly closed after you attem pt to
lock the car by rem ote control, the
red indicator lam p w ill continue to
blink (max. 10 seconds). O pen the
door or trunk lid, close it properly,
and lock the car again.
If the vehicle cannot be locked or
unlocked by pressing the transm it
button (1), then it m ay be neces­
sary to change the batteries in the
transm itter (if ok, battery indicator
lam p in transm itter w ill light briefly
when transm itting) or to synchro­
nize the system , see Rem ote
