Error ID: 0062
The timeout threshold was exceeded.

Shutdown

Error ID: 0063
An external instrument has generated a shutdown signal on the remote line.
The module continually monitors the remote input connectors for status
signals. A LOW signal input on pin 6 of the Enhanced Remote Interface (ERI)
connector generates the error message.
