Notes
A pressure drop of > 10 bar in low delay
volume configuration and > 20 bar in standard
configuration across the frit (5 mL/min H
with purge valve open) indicates blockage
Solvent dripping out of waste outlet when valve
is closed
Necessary to get access to pump seals and
pistons
Leaks at lower pump head side, unstable
retention times, pressure ripple unstable — run
Pump Leak Rate Test for verification
Seal life time shorter than normally expected
— check pistons while changing the seals
Only necessary when Seal Wash Option is
installed. Leaks at lower pump head side, loss
of wash solvent
Error messages "Inlet Valve Fuse" or "Inlet
Valve Missing"
Pressure ripple unstable, run Pump Leak Rate
Test for verification
