(System) Pressure Test

Positioning the Blank Nut

To test the complete system's pressure tightness, the blank nut should be
positioned at the column compartment outlet (or the outlet of the last module
before the detector).
If a specific component is suspected of causing a system leak, place the blank
nut immediately before the suspected component, and then run the System
Pressure Test again. If the test passes, the defective component is located after
the blank nut. Confirm the diagnosis by placing the blank nut immediately
after the suspected component. The diagnosis is confirmed if the test fails.
