0=Normal
1=Rx Spectrum Invert
Example: RSI=0 (selects Normal)

0=Off
1=Normal
2=IESS-315 when in Turbo mode
Example: RDS=1 (Scrambler On)

Rx ± acquisition sweep range of demodulator, in kHz. Available
range depends on the symbol rate:
± 1 to the symbol rate (ksps)
18ksps to 32ksps:
± 1 to 32 kHz
32ksps to 389ksps:
389ksps to 2000ksps: ± 1 to 10% of sym rate
± 1 to 200 kHz
>2000ksps:
