N O T E :
Before adjusting, rotate rear wheel through
several revolutions and check tension several
times to find the tightest point. Adjust chain
tension with rear wheel in this " t i g h t chain"
position.

After adjusting, be sure to tighten the
Iocknuts and the rear wheel axle nut.

Insert the cotter pin into the rear wheel
axle nut and bend the end of the cotter
pin (if the nut notch and the cotter pin
hole
do
not
match,
tighten
the
nut
slightly to match).
7.
In the final step, adjust the play in the
brake pedal.

N.B.:
Avant de modifier le réglage, tourner la roue
plusieurs tours et chercher le point ou l
chaine est la plus tendue. Régler la tension de
la cha]ne au point ou la chaïne est la plu
tendue.

Après le réglage, s'assurer de bien tendre
l'écrou de roue.

Installer ensuite l'agrafe dans l'écrou, e
recourber ses extrémités (si les fentes d
l'écrou et le trou dans l'axe ne corres
pondent pas, desserrer légèrement l'écrou)
7.
En dernier lieu, régler la garde de la pédale
de frein.
