Ignition timing
Check and adjust ignition timing as follows:
a. Ignition timing is checked with a timing
light by observing the position of the
stationary pointer on the crankcase and
the timing marks on the flywheel.
"F" : Retarded firing point.
" T " :
Top Dead Center.
b. Connect timing light to the spark plug
lead wire.
c_ Start the engine and keep the engine
speed as specified.

Avance à l'Allumage
Contrôler et régler l'avance à l'allumage de la
manière suivante:
a. L'avance à l'allumage se contr61e avec
un stroboscope en observant la position
du repère fixe sur le carter et la position
des repères d'allumage sur le volant.
" F " : Point d'allumage retardé.
" T " : Point Mort Haut
b. Brancher le stroboscope sur le fil de la
bougie.
c. Démarrer le moteur et garder la vitesse
du moteur à la valeur spécifiée.
