Close the paper feed roller, then push in the tray until it locks into place.

Be sure that the side guide plates and rear guide are securely aligned to

the paper; otherwise paper misfeed or machine trouble may occur.

Loading Tabbed Sheets in Large Capacity Unit (Tray 4)

To load tabbed sheets in large capacity unit (tray 4)

Specify a tab paper size for tray 4.

For details of Size Setting, see page 9-44.

Open the top door.

Press the paper loading button to lower the bottom plate.

Load tabbed sheets into the tray as illustrated above.

Move the paper guides to the edge of tabbed sheets.

Set paper aligning it to the paper feed roller side of the tray.

Move the paper guides and rear stopper to the edge of the paper.

See page 4-8 for details.

Close the top door.

Example: 3 tabbed sheets loaded in position for one finished set

Example: 9 tabbed sheets loaded in position for 3 finished sets
