12.2.2 Displaying Output History

Use this function to display output history as a list.
The list includes following information.
- Job No.: Consecutive numbers of both copy and print jobs
- Mode: Copy or Printer
- Pages: Max. 5-digit page count
- Sets: Max. 4-digit set count
- Result: Complete or Cancel
- Time: Time when output operation was executed
Follow the procedure below to check the settings of output jobs.
To display output history

Touch [JOB LIST] tab on the screen, then touch [Output History].
– Check the status of output jobs.
– Touch [Next] to scroll, if 8 or more jobs are entered.

Touch the desired job key, then touch [Details].
– Detailed settings of the selected job will be displayed.
– Touch [Close] to return to the previous screen.
