Paper Information

This machine is equipped with the following trays for loading copy paper.

- Tray 1, 2 and 3 (Main body trays)

- Tray 4 (Large Capacity Unit LU-407/LU-408)

- Bypass Tray

Also, the following equipment is provided for conveying/processing/deliver-

- ADU (Automatic Duplex Unit)

- Finisher (FS-528/FS-611)

- Post Inserter (PI-506)

- Punch Kit (PK-505)

- Z Folding Unit (ZU-607)

- Trimmer Unit (TU-502)

Be sure to use paper only of the weight specified for the tray; otherwise

copy quality may be deteriorated or machine trouble may occur.

The setting or registration of paper weight to be specified for each paper

tray is available in the Paper Setting from the Copy Screen or from the

Machine Status Screen. For details of Paper Setting from the Copy

Screen, see page 9-39. As to the Paper Setting from the Machine Status

Screen, see POD Administrator's Reference.

Selecting [Emboss] as paper type for trays 1 to 4 and bypass tray,

available setting range will be limited to 14 to 57 lb for all trays.
