Using Abbreviated Dialing for Transmission

If a destination number has been previously programmed for abbreviated dialing, that destination can be
set for transmission by simply specifying the abbreviated number.

Load the document.

Touch [Abbr. #].

Touch [Abbr. #] and enter the 3-digit
abbreviated number from the 10-Key Pad.
Or, simply touch the desired abbreviated
number key.
Useful Tips
• An abbreviated number can range between 000
and 499.
• Use any key from [#000] to [#400] and [ ↓ ] and
[ ↑ ] to reach the desired abbreviated number.
• If you have touched a wrong abbreviated
number key, touch the same key a second time:
This will cancel the setting.
• To set multiple destinations, repeat step 3.
