12.3 BDE Software Updating Tool
12.3.3 Select the Files Unnecessary to be Updated (Reference)
This clause describes as a reference. The released software is appropriately
edited (selected), and never edited.
1. Confirm the xxx.cfg File
Open the "Software updating tool", click Setting, and open hubcpu.cfg, and handset.cfg.
modemc.cfg,
You can select the updating target software in each "xxx.cfg" files. You can shorten the
time required for the updating process by not executing the updating procedure for the
files with no changes.
For example, in the case of HUB CPU, if you do not intend to update the "boot loader",
open hubcpu.cfg, add "#" to the beginning of the line for "boot loader", Save the file,
and then execute the software updating process.
The released software already has "#" attached for the files not required to be
updated.
When you do not intend to update the Boot program;
