F. 14 Maintenance of air conditioning unit

THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT IS FILLED WITH R134A COOLANT. SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE OF THIS TYPE OF UNIT CAN ONLY BE CARRIED OUT
BY STEK APPROVED COMPANIES. THESE COMPANIES ARE FAMILIAR WITH ALL (TECHNICAL) REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO OLD OR NEW
INSTALLATIONS.
F. 14.1 Checking the drive belt
The condition and tension of the belt of the air conditioning compressor drive should be checked regularly. Replace belt if necessary.
F. 14.2 Annual inspection
The management of air conditioning units is subject to legal requirements to prevent loss of coolant. This includes regular inspections and maintenance of
installations by qualified personnel. In all cases, the installations should undergo preventive maintenance at least once a year
NOTE
TO PREVENT COOLANT LEAKS (WHICH DAMAGE THE ENVIRONMENT), THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM SHOULD BE OPERATED ON A REGULAR
BASIS.
