D. 7.2.5 Windscreen washer
Pushing the push ring (2) at the end of the steering column switch (6) operates the windscreen washer and briefly activates the wipers.
D. 7.2.6 Windscreen wipers
Turning the twist knob (6) of the steering column switch (6) operates the windscreen wipers.The knob has the following positions:
D. 7.2.7 Position '0'
The windscreen wipers are off and are in the parked position
D. 7.2.8 Position 'J'
The wipers cycle once every 10 seconds (interval).
D. 7.2.9 Position 'I'
The windscreen wipers are turned on and run constantly at their lowest speed
D. 7.2.10 Position 'II'
The windscreen wipers are turned on and run constantly at their highest speed

D. 7.3 Steering wheel (3)

The steering wheel (3) turns the wheels from lock-to-lock in about four revolutions.
WARNING
THE TURNING CIRCLE OF THE SWEEPER IS VERY SMALL.THE DRIVING SPEED IN CURVES SHOULD THEREFORE BE LIMITED.
D. 7.4 Ignition key switch (7)
The ignition key switch (7) is fitted centrally on the dashboard and has four positions:
D. 7.4.1 Position -1/radio position (to the left)
In this position the radio is provided with power
D. 7.4.2 Position 0/ignition off
In this position the complete sweeper is without power and the engine is switched off.Only in this position is it possible to insert the ignition key into the ignition
key switch and remove it from this ignition key switch
D. 7.4.3 Position 1/ignition on
In this position the complete electrical equipment of the sweeper is switched on.After starting up the engine the key switch always returns to position 1
D. 7.4.4 Position 2/start the diesel engine
In this position the starter motor of the diesel engine is activated and the diesel engine starts.After starting, the key switch returns to position 1.
