E. 15 Water recirculation (option)

The water recirculation system is an option, which significantly reduces consumption levels of spray water for road sweeping operations. It also has the effect of
reducing dust. As a result, it is possible to sweep for longer before it is necessary to top up with water for the road sweeping operations.
E. 15.1 Implementation:
• Fill the container with 600 litres of water using the container inspection hatch (3). (see the sticker on the container (1) for the fill level).
• Start the sweeper's engine.
• Set the Empty/Drive/Sweep switch (9) on the dashboard to Sweep.
• Switch the suction fan on using the suction fan switch (11).
• Set the spray water pump switch (10) to position 2. The sprayers in the suction nozzle are also switched on as a result.
• Set the brush switch (12) to position 2. The brush sprayers are also switched on as a result.
• Switch the water recirculation system on using the switch (2) on the dashboard.
NOTE
TO PREVENT THE CONTAINER FROM RUNNING DRY WHEN TIPPING UP THE CONTAINER FOR MAINTENANCE WORK, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS FIRST
CONNECT THE TAP (8) TO THE CONTAINER DOOR.
NOTE
ALWAYS CLEAN THE WATER RECIRCULATION SYSTEM AFTER USING IT. THIS PREVENTS ANY POTENTIAL BLOCKAGES AND ENSURES OPTIMAL
OPERATION OF THE SYSTEM.
E. 15.2 Remove water from the container:
• Set the Empty/Drive/Sweep switch (9) on the dashboard to Empty.
• Switch the water recirculation system on using the switch (2) on the dashboard.
The water will now run out of the container via the pipe system and the suction nozzle. Always ensure that this is done in the intended location.
