D. 18 Positive battery terminal switch

The sweeper is equipped with a positive battery terminal switch (1).This is mounted under the passenger's seat in the cabin.The function of this positive battery
terminal switch is to isolate the positive terminal of the battery from the system.
Switch off the positive battery terminal switch every time after use of the machine.
The positive battery terminal switch is operated as follows:
D. 18.1 Switching off the positive battery terminal switch
• Disconnect the handle (2) by turning it a quarter turn anti-clockwise, from position (A) to position (B)
• Remove the handle (2) from the positive battery terminal switch (1).
D. 18.2 Switching on the positive battery terminal switch
• Push the handle (2) into the positive battery terminal switch (1) as shown, in position (B).
• Turn the handle (2) in the positive battery terminal switch (1) a quarter turn clockwise from position (B) to position (A).
NOTE!
FOR EURO 5/6 SWEEPERS, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO WAIT AT LEAST THREE MINUTES AFTER THE SWEEPER'S ENGINE HAS BEEN STOPPED
BEFORE TURNING OFF THE POSITIVE BATTERY TERMINAL SWITCH.THIS WILL ALLOW THE ADBLUE PUMP TO PUMP THE SYSTEM EMPTY.
