Measure the brake drum I.D.
Service Limit: 161.3mm replace if over
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the springs and brake shoes.
Remove the brake arm bolt to remove the
brake arm.
Remove the dust seal.
Remove the brake cam.
ASSEMBLY
• Keep grease off the linings because
contaminated brake linings reduce
stopping power.
• During installation, wipe any excess
grease off the brake cam.
