Public Space Parameters
URL: This field is optional. If a URL is not specified, the AP sends an XML packet to the server's IP
address on the selected port. The system administrator decides if the server will listen for the packets on
the port or if the packets need to go to a specific file for processing.
Secret Key: This field is reserved for future use.
Port: This is the port that the AP will use to send records to the server. The server should be configured to
listen for the billing records on that port.
10. Click OK to save the new settings.

Goodbye Page

The Goodbye page is a post-session page that can be defined either as a Radius VSA or be driven by the Internal
Web Server in the AP by selecting the Enable Goodbye Page option. Using the IWS option means that this
functionality is also available for other post-paid billing mechanisms.
Configuring the Goodbye Page
Follow these steps to configure a Goodbye page.
1.
Login to the AP's Web browser interface.
2.
Click Public Space > AAA > Goodbye Page.

Configure the following settings:
Enable Goodbye Page: Enables the display of a Goodbye Page.
Goodbye Page Address Show: Enables displaying the IP address of the Goodbye Page.
Show Authentication Type: Enables displaying the authentication type.
Show Start Time: Enables displaying the start time of the session.
Show Stop Time: Enables displaying the stop time of the session.
Show Bytes Sent: Enables displaying the number of bytes sent during the session.
