Action
Remove obstacles and
foreign objects.
Replace applicable one of the
following board assemblies.
• Power board assembly
• Main board assembly
• CR board assembly
• Print head assembly
Explain machine operations. -
Additionally tighten screws.
• Remove dust from
carriage bearing and
roller strip.
• After cleaning roller
strip, always apply thin
lubricant film over its
surface using a grease-
sprayed cloth.
• Remove twists from CR
cable.
• If abnormal noise sounds
from between steel
bearer and tube guide,
replace tube guide.
