6.1 When the message "Malfunction detected." appears (call technical
representative)
If the malfunction that occurred cannot be corrected by the user, the message "Malfunction detected. Inform
the service representative of the error code." appears. (call technical representative screen)
The phone number and fax number for the usual technical representative appear in the center of the call
technical representative screen.
Display in Enlarge Display mode
If a malfunction occurs, the screen shown below appears.
Reminder
Since the machine may be damaged, contact the technical representative according to the procedure
described below as soon as the call technical representative screen appears.
