Select ENTER on the remote.

At the USB Backup Warning menu, you will have the option
to Format USB Flash Device. Use the plus button on the
remote to select the Run option, and press ENTER to format
and backup your data (see Figure 11). At the bottom of the
USB Backup Warning menu, a USB Backup message will
appear to display data backup.
9.
Select the Menu button on the remote to exit the USB
Backup Warning menu and return to the USB Master
Setup menu.
10. Press the Menu button again to return to the Main Menu.
11. Remove the flash drive from the USB Host Port. Plug the
flash drive into a USB port on your laptop.
12. Locate the AngelTrax video data playback software
(FlexPlay™ or FlexPlay Pro™) on your desktop, and follow
the appropriate user instruction manual for playing back
your recorded video data.
