Press the cover with your forefinger (1), and open the cover (2).
Do not touch other parts than the socket cover.

Install the CPU.
1. Install the CPU by aligning the No.1 pin mark (a small triangle) of the CPU socket
with the triangle mark of the CPU.
2. Close the socket cover and secure the CPU to the CPU socket.

3. Replace the socket lever and fix CPU properly.

• Do not touch the pins of CPU with fingers or nails when you open the
socket cover. Otherwise, the pins may bend.
• When installing the CPU, be careful not to bend the pins of CPU
socket.
• Do not to touch electrode of the CPU. Touching it may cause a device
failure.
