INGREDIENTS
Pizza base, ready-made
Small jar/can of pizza sauce
A few basil leaves
Mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
15 ml Olive oil
METHOD
Apply each pizza base with pizza sauce. Top with
cheese. Place on paper plate. Microwave on HIGH for
20 seconds. Turn ¼ turn and cook for 30 seconds
more. Garnish with torn basil leaves and a drizzle of
olive oil. Serve hot.
Tip: To reheat, pizzas should be wrapped in paper towels or cloth napkins. The
paper or cloth will absorb excess moisture and promote even heating.
