customer:
Logins and passwords for the media gateways, including global logins and passwords and
individual media gateway logins and passwords.
IP addresses for any TFTP servers being used.
You can use the worksheets in the Job Aid: Upgrade Tool and Worksheets, 555-245-757, to
capture this information.
