(1) Does the computer have
the proper type of equip-
ment selected?
(2) Do interface conditions
and command modes
match on both computer
and printer?
#Parts of the print are dirty or missing
NOTE
• If the media is not media specified by Mutoh, you may be
unable to obtain proper printing quality.
Possible Cause
(1) Is the media damp?
(2) Are you using creased or
wrinkled media?

When Trouble Strikes
Remedy
Refer to "Connecting the inter-
face cable".
Install ink cartridges.
Replace ink cartridges.
Replace waste bottle.
Remedy
Check that the equipment type
settings are the same on both
the computer and printer.

Replace with new media.
