Command Error Display and Countermeasures

Command errors occur during the processing of command data received from
the computer.
If the printer's command set-up differs from the type of command data
sent from the computer
If there is a grammatical error in the command data sent from the com-
puter
The beeper gives three long beeps when a data error occurs.
NOTE
• A command error may occur together with a data error (related
to error code I15). In this case the communication settings
should be checked.
• The command that caused the error may be shown enclosed in
brackets in the data error message.
