UpdateNIC_WEP_Key()
This routine will write an encrypted WEP key to the RF network card. (To
encrypt a string, see the EncryptWEP_String() function on page 4-42.) The string
will be set in the network card, but not take effect until the
UpdateNIC_ApplyCommand() function is executed.

int UpdateNIC_WEP_Key( TCHAR *szEncryptedWEP );
WEP_Key [in] Pointer to the buffer where the encrypted key is stored.
This function returns a NULL if successful or a non-zero value if an error
occurs.
