4. Install:
• Gasket 1
New
• Circlip
• Plain washer 2
• Washer (starter motor front
cover) 3
• Starter motor front cover 4
NOTE:
• For installation, align the projec-
tions on the washer with the slots
in the front cover.
• Align the match mark a on the
starter motor yoke with the match
mark b on the starter motor front
cover.
5. Install:
• Gasket
• Bolt 1
• O-ring 2
New
NOTE:
Apply the lithium soap base grease
on the O-ring.

4. Monter:
• Joint 1
New
• Circlip
• Rondelle pleine 2
• Rondelle (couvercle avant du
démarreur) 3
• Couvercle avant du démarreur 4
N.B.:
• Pour le montage, aligner les ergots de
la rondelle avec les fentes du couver-
cle avant.
• Aligner le repère a de la carcasse du
démarreur avec le repère b du cou-
vercle avant du démarreur.
5. Monter:
• Joint
• Boulon 1
• Joint torique 2

N.B.:
Appliquer de la graisse à savon de
lithium sur le joint torique.
