5.2 Storing One Touch Keys (Function #6)
The One Touch Keys (#01-30) on the Operator Panel allows you to store and use
any combination of Speed Dial numbers that you need to use on a regular basis.
You can store multiple Speed Dial numbers (or just one) in each One Touch Key.
When One Touch Keys have been programmed, they can be thought of as Lists
of Speed Dial numbers. One Touch Keys allow you to send a document to
numerous locations by pressing only one Key. Or, you may wish to use One
Touch Keys for single destinations that you communicate with most frequently.
When you have stored all of the One Touch Keys, you should print a One Touch
sheet which will be labeled with the One Touch Key names.
1. If desired, print a One Touch Directory Sheet by pressing FUNCTION Key,
2, YES twice, then cursor up. When the display reads: "One Touch Sheet,"
press YES.
2. Cut along the dotted line and place under the plastic overlay covering the
One Touch Label sheet (in the middle of the Model 9930 Operator Panel).
