A Program Key Directory is automatically printed each time you program or
change a P-Key. See Section 5.5 for procedures to Program a P-Key.

(6) System Set-Up Report

The System Set-Up Section of this report includes the current date and time; your
Model 9930 transmit IDs and fax phone number; a polling Passcode (if you use
one); the Journal format; the time to print the Transaction Journal and where to
fax it (if specified); whether a Ring Detect timer should be set for delayed answer;
whether the Model 9930 is in Auto or Manual Receive; the number of times the
Model 9930 will redial a location that is busy or doesn't answer; ring pattern;
number of minutes between redial attempts; whether the machine is configured
for Automatic Reduction; the beep volume and also monitor volume. (See Section
5.7 to change the System Set-Up Functions).
The report also describes Set-Up Options features that are activated, including
the Transmit Status Report; the Job Confirmation Report; the System Access
Code; the Programmable Power Saver Setup and whether a Cover Sheet will
automatically be sent. Refer to Section 5.8 for more information on Setting
System Options.
Under the Set-Up Memory section, you can see how much memory is in the
system; whether Memory Save is on; whether all documents will be received into
memory; whether the Model 9930 will store all documents into memory before
automatic dialing begins; whether you may remotely retrieve documents in
memory; whether your unit will still receive if it's out of paper; and a look at your
system's private Mailbox configuration. Refer to Section 5.9 for more information
on Setting Memory Options.
You can print the System Set-Up Report on demand. It also prints automatically
whenever you make a change to either the Set-Up Functions, the Option Set-Up
Functions or the Memory Set-Up Functions.

7) Cartridge Order Form

You can print a form to be used in ordering toner cartridges for your 9930. This
form can be telephoned or faxed to the numbers listed on the form. This form will
also print automatically when the machine senses low toner.

5.6.3 Transaction Journal (Communications Report)

The Model 9930 Transaction Journal gives details of all transmissions and
receptions. You can print out the Journal anytime you need one. Simply press
the JOURNAL Key on the Operator Control Panel to print a copy or to view the
recent transaction on the display. After it is chosen, two numbered selections
appear on the display (1=PRINT, 2=VIEW). Press 1, then "Yes," to obtain a
printed Communications Report. Press 2, then "Yes," to view each transaction on
