6.3.3 Printing Mail Stored in a Mailbox

After a document is received into a Mailbox (or stored there by an operator), the
display will indicate that one or more Mailboxes have mail:
This display indicates that mail has been received in three of the Model 9930
Mailboxes.
A Notice of Private Mail Delivery (Mailbox Confirmation) will also automatically be
printed on the Model 9930 each time mail is received. This report lists the date,
time, Mailbox #, addressee (the Mailbox name), the name of the sender and the
number of pages received.
If the Notice of Private Mail Delivery (Mailbox Confirmation) is lost or thrown away,
the Key Operator or System Administrator can print a copy of the Memory
Management Report which shows the same information as the Mailbox
Confirmation.
Refer to Sections 5.6.1 for instructions to Print a Memory
Management Report. Once the Key Operator reviews the Memory Management
Report, he/she can then notify the appropriate people that mail is waiting for them.
