Fasten the replacement disk to the carrier.

Install the disk assembly into the HP D2D.
• Push the hard drive assembly (1) into the drive bay until it stops.
• Fasten the screws (2) with the T-15 wrench provided to secure the hard drive to the chassis.
• Reconnect the power and data cables at the rear of the hard drive assembly.
