PRINTING LISTS

Printing a List

Select the desired list in the message screen and print it.

In Fax mode, press the SPECIAL FUNCTION key.

Lists that can be printed are as follows:
ACTIVITY REPORT (See page 120), TIMER LIST (See page 123), MEM. POLLING LIST
(See page 123), RAPID # LIST (See page 124), SPEED # LIST (See page 124), GROUP
LIST (See page 124), TELEPHONE # LIST (See page 125), PROGRAM LIST (See page
125), RELAY GROUP LIST (See page 125), PASSCODE LIST (See page 126), CONF.
RX LIST (See page 126).
Notes

If you press the CLEAR ALL key in the list selection screen, you will return to the base screen.
If you press the BACK key, you will return to the print selection screen of step 3.

The Activity Report can be automatically printed at selected times. Up to two times per day can
be selected with the key operator program. (See page 146)
Other lists that can be printed
KEY OPE. LIST, CONF. CODE LIST, JUNK FAX # LIST, SUB ADD SET LIST, ACC. # LIST, and ACC.
USAGE LIST can be printed from the key operator program. (See page 144)
