Auto Receive Reduce to Regular Size
This setting is used to select automatic reduction to the set paper size of the paper tray when you receive
a non-standard size document that is larger than your paper. Auto reduction is initially turned on.
1 Follow steps 1 through 4 of the initial procedure. (See page 143)

The setting is turned on and a checkmark appears in the checkbox in the message
screen.

If this procedure is performed when the setting is turned on, the checkmark is cleared
and the setting turns off.

Reduction takes place when the setting is turned on, and does not take place when the
setting is turned off.
Note

If this setting is turned off (no reduction) and the received data print condition is set to division,
the image may be clipped.
A3 Receive Reduce
This setting is used to select whether received A3-size faxes are reduced. When an A3 fax is received,
part of the document is normally cut off. This setting can be turned on to have A3 faxes reduced to fit on
11" x 17" paper. The setting is initially turned off.

Forward Received Data
When your machine receives a fax to memory because it is unable to print, this setting is used to select
automatic forwarding of the fax to the destination stored with the "Received Data Forward Station Set"
setting (see below). The setting is initially turned off.
