When using Account Control, this setting determines whether or not the recipient is notified of the
sender's department name when a fax is sent. This setting is initially turned off (the recipient is not
notified).

The setting is turned on and a checkmark appears in the checkbox in the message
screen.

This setting is only effective if Account Control is also turned on.

If this procedure is performed when the setting is turned on, the checkmark is cleared
and the setting turns off.
Recall Setting (Busy)
When you attempt to send a fax and the line of the receiving machine is busy, your machine will
automatically re-attempt the call. This setting is used to select the number of recall attempts that will be
made and the interval between attempts. The initial setting is 2 attempts and an interval of 3 minutes.
