Reception was completed successfully.
The power was turned off or a power failure occurred.
The image memory became full during substitute reception to memory.
Received a fax that was longer than the standard size.
Printing is not possible and substitute reception to memory is prohibited.
When confidential reception was attempted,
(1) The specified confidential box number was not programmed in your
machine.
(2) The sending machine did not specify a confidential box number.
When confidential reception was attempted,
(1) The sending machine did not have its fax number programmed.
When polling was attempted,
(1) Your fax number was not programmed in your machine.
(2) Your fax number was not programmed as a polling passcode number in
the other machine.
(3) Your system number did not match one of the other machine's ID
numbers.
(4) Your system number did not match the other machine's system number.
When polling was attempted,
(1) The other machine did not have a polling function.
(2) The other machine did not have a document stored for memory polling.
When you received a relay request transmission,
(1) The sending machine did not have its fax number programmed.
(2) The sending machine specified an auto dial number for an end receiving
machine that is not stored in your machine.
When you received a relay request transmission,
(1) The sending machine's fax number was not stored as a relay ID number
in your machine.
Line conditions prevented the reception from taking place normally.
First 2 digits of line error code: Error code from 00 to 31
Last 4 digits of line error code: Code for use by service technicians.
When serial polling ended normally,
xxx- : Indicates total number of transmissions.
xxx OK : Indicates completed transmissions.
When F-code memory polling was attempted,
(1) The other machine did not have a F-code function.
(2) The other machine did not have an F-code programmed.
(3) The other machine did not have a document stored in the F-code memory
polling box.
When F-code polling was attempted,
(1) The sub-addresses did not match.
(2) The passcodes did not match.
(3) The other machine's F-code memory boxes were for F-code relay
request transmission or for F-code confidential transmission.
When F-code reception was attempted,
(1) The sub-addresses did not match or were not programmed.
(2) The passcodes did not match or were not programmed.
(3) An F-code memory box was programmed.
The Anti Junk Fax function broke the connection and generated a line error.
