Setting up Step3: Recording/Erasing/Playing the 1st Level OGM
(Message Center Pro OGM)
You will record only one 1st Level OGM. It is the first outgoing message your callers will hear.
It must tell them to select the option for either Fax-on-Demand, Voice-on-Demand, or Personal
Mailbox.
Recording the Message Center Pro OGM
Have you finished Setting up Steps 1 and 2 ? Now you are ready to record the 1st level OGM.
1. Press FUNCTION.
2. Press 9.
3. Press 2.
4. Make sure that"MSG CTR PRO" is
displayed.
If not, press --_ (left arrow) or ,.-- (right
arrow) key to show "MSG CTR PRO."
5. Press SET.
6. Press RECORD.
7. Pick up the handset.
8. Record a message no longer than
20 seconds.

Message Example
This is ABC Company. At the moment, we can not answer your call. If'you wish to
leave a confidential message for one of us, press 01.. You can leave a voice message
after the beep or send a fax message by pressing "51 after the beep. (See page 7-
11-13. ) If you want to receive a fax message with our new product information, press
02*. If you prefer to listen to our product information on the phone, press 03*. Thank
you for your call.
